Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 23 June 2026
Our commitment
REACT Software, Inc. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our website.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we design with the principles of Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act in mind, recognizing the needs of our government and public-sector users. These standards define how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
Measures we take
- Semantic, structured HTML with logical heading order and landmark regions;
- A “skip to content” link and keyboard-operable navigation and controls;
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and a focus on readable typography;
- Attention to color contrast between text and background;
- Respect for the user’s “reduced motion” preference for animations; and
- Responsive layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and zoom levels.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Certain documents in the investor data room are provided as third-party or historical files (for example, PDFs) that may not meet all accessibility criteria. We are working to address these and welcome requests for accessible alternatives.
Feedback & assistance
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you encounter a barrier, or need information or a document in an alternative format, please contact us and we will work to provide the information you need:

Assessment approach
REACT assesses the accessibility of this website through ongoing internal review during design and development. As the site and the investor data room evolve, we will continue to evaluate and improve accessibility, and we will update this statement accordingly.
